Membership gives you year-round access to two well-found yachts, a full programme of sailing trips, and a community of over 300 members. Because we sail 365 days a year, membership starts in the month you apply and runs for 12 months.

An add-on covering a member's spouse or partner, or their children under 24.

The joining fee
New members pay a one-off, non-refundable joining fee of £100. Family Member and Junior Member are add-ons to membership rather than memberships of their own.
The daily sailing fee
On top of your membership, you pay a fee each time you go out. It covers the boat, the fuel, the gas and the maintenance. Because we sail all year, there is a summer rate and a winter one:
Temporary membership is for the guests of an existing member, not a way to sail with us without joining: your guest pays the day rate plus £20. There is no monthly subscription and no notice period: you pay for the days you sail, and membership runs for twelve months from the month you join. If you are building sea miles, the mile building page works a year out at each of the usual rates.
A cruise or a weekend away is simply charged for each day you are out, so an overnight is twice the day rate and a week in the West Country is seven days at it. There is no separate cruising charge and no surcharge for going further. Rates are correct until 31 March 2027.
